[Update: Oct 19th, 2024] - we accidentally stumbled into their Burnaby branch at Crystal Mall one day and ordered a delicious 17.49 "Yang's Braised Beef Brisket Hand-Pulled Noodles" (quite a mouthful). It was amazing. We loved it so much that each time we returned to our home base Richmond branch, we always ordered the same selection over and over again. - It has lots of beef brisket and, quite surprisingly, stewed just perfectly. It was always tender that required minimal chewing. - the noodle version costs 1.50 more than the rice version - handmade noodles, they say. Apart from that, both are the same. Highly recommended!! . [Dated: April, 2024] It was fairly cheap. Food was delicious. Services were exemplary. Waitress refilled our cup of water 3 times in a span of 45 minutes. Each time we were there on weekdays, we always arrived with empty tables available but not so lucky on weekends, though. .

I always love eating here. The food is delicious, especially the 酸菜鱼米线。
This is must come Chinese noodle restaurant. A friend of mine knows that I love spicy food, so brought me to this noodle place (I believe this is the newest local they open, coz I could not find this place to tag. The locaton is in crystal mall Burnaby bc, and it just cross the street of library). The food was excellent yet with a bit kick......which I love it. The potion for the noodle was just enough. Note if you don’t like too spicy, just check the chill level before you order it. Overall, great place will visit again soon. Because it’s new opening, avoid for lunch and dinner rush.
We ordered 酸汤肥牛米线 (sour broth fatty beef rice noodles), and it’s delicious. However it only came in very spicy, and there’s no other choice for the spice level. Update: Today we ordered 原味猪肉米线 (original pork rice noodles) and 番茄猪肉米线 (tomato pork rice noodles) , both are good. It was quite an experience that the broth was still boiling when the pots were brought to the table, and we were supposed to add the rice noodles to the boiling broth by ourselves. We also got 炸椰奶 (deep fried coconut milk), which was also good, crispy on the outside and gooey and sweet on the inside.
I love it! Super delicious ... Super fresh. Good portion. Enough for big guy like me and the service was quick and easy. The best part you order online and they will bring it to your table. Reasonable price
